How to Create a Long Term Job Post on the Zen Educate platform

Learn how to post long-term or permanent jobs on Zen Educate. Easily fill in role details, set date ranges, browse matched candidate profiles, review teacher experience, and request interview trials directly through the platform.

Learn how to efficiently create a long term job and browse through a candidates profile on the Zen Educate platform.

1. On the Zen Educate platform, select 'Jobs'

2. Select 'Post Job'

3. Begin to work through the prompts and complete all the details of what type of educator you need

4. Select the subject you require e.g class teacher, PPA teacher etc...

You can choose multiple subjects

5. Refine the type of educator you need

6. Choose whether it's a full time or part time position

7. Is the position long term (through Zen) or a permanent hire?

8. Select the entire date range for the position e.g September to December

9. Indicate which dates you are able to interview/trial a prospective candidate

10. Complete the 'Job name' & 'Job description' with as much information as possible so that your Account Manager has all of the important information to find the right educator for you.

11. Once all of the information is correct and you're happy with the job post, click 'Create Job'

12. Once a job is created, a list of suitable candidates will be available to browse through.
Click view profile to find out more about each educator

NB The list of educators will only be from the Zen Educate pool and not from additional agencies

13. You can view an educator profile and view information such as their experience

14. Once a suitable educator is identified, they can be requested for trial by clicking on 'Request trial'

15. Choose the date and time for the trial and click 'send'. The candidate will receive a notification to indicate they have been requested for trial and they can decide whether to accept or find out more information.
