Learn how to efficiently manage your preferred educators and build up a pool of favourite educators. The guide will also show you how to hide educators so that they don't return to the school in the future.
There are 2 main ways to favourite & hide an educator:
1. On the educators profile
2. Through the booking on the calendar
Option 1: On the educators profile
1.1. Go into the educators profile by clicking on their name or photo
1.2. On their profile, click on the 3 dots
1.3. Select 'Favourite'
1.4 Once they have been selected as a favourite, a gold star ⭐️ will appear next to their name
Hiding an educator
1.5 To hide an educator, the process is the same as favouritng but you can click 'Hide' instead
Option 2: Through the booking on the calendar
2.1. Through the booking on the calendar
2.2 To favourite the candidate, click the star ⭐
2.3 After clicking the star ⭐ , ensure you leave written feedback about why you love the educator.
2.4 If you want to hide an educator, click on the thumbs down 👎 which then automatically hides the educator and ensures they won't be booked in again in the future
2.5 In addition to clicking the thumbs down 👎 make sure written feedback is added about why the educator isn't the right fit for the school
How to view the schools favourites?
1. Go into the Talent pool section on the platform
2. When you click into Favourites, the schools favourite educators will be displayed
3. Favourite educators are able to be requested from this section to make it as easy as possible to request your preferred educators.
NB Only Zen Educate educators are able to be requested from this section
